Santa Rita board hears update on modernization, TIP facility and developer-fee study
District staff told the board the phase-one modular classrooms are now on schedule for late-year occupancy, the Monterey County TIP and Head Start space at La Joya is under construction with a Dec. 31 target, and a developer-fee study and modernization eligibility worksheets will be updated this summer.
