Planning staff updated the Auburn Planning Board on Aug. 19 about proposed revisions to the Stson Road Apartments project. The developer seeks to keep the total number of dwelling units at 160 while changing the building mix: 20 duplexes plus 26 six‑unit buildings (rather than the earlier configuration of 50 separate residential buildings comprised of duplexes and quadplexes). The change reduces the number of buildings and shortens building heights to two stories.
