Developer: Campus Drive site work largely complete; 96-unit complex advancing toward summer leasing
At the Dec. 4 Hillsborough Township Planning Board meeting, developer Steven M. Kesler said site work for the Campus Drive residential project is complete except for electrical conduits, the clubhouse shell is up and vertical construction on the first two residential buildings should begin soon; the project totals 96 units, 23 of which are designated affordable.

Steven M. Kesler, representing Fernmore Homes, told the Hillsborough Township Planning Board on Dec. 4 that site work for the Campus Drive residential project is substantially complete and that vertical construction on the first two residential buildings should begin once foundations are poured.
