Mrs. Taba Bustani, the district ssistant superintendent for education services, gave a first reading of Fallbrook Union Elementary School District'024'027 Local Control and Accountability Plan, saying it—overs goals on academics, student wellness, family engagement and an "equity multiplier" to support high-needs students.
