Delaware County supervisors approved four routine resolutions after brief explanation and roll‑call or voice voting.
Resolution 58, described as a 2026 budget amendment to transfer funds for county insurance, was brought to the floor, seconded and approved by roll call. The clerk called the roll and members signified assent.
Resolution 59 authorized awards for the Department of Public Works, solid‑waste division, and included technical discussion about reusing an original landfill cell. After questions and clarifying that the work meets DEC standards, the board approved the measure by roll call.
Resolution 60, an annual appointment to the fire advisory board, was conducted as a voice vote: members said "I," and the chair declared the motion carried. The chair noted only one resolution had not been prefiled and waived the usual rule 10 without objection.
Resolution 61, payment of the audit, was moved, seconded and approved by roll call.
The board called for other business and, with none offered, adjourned for the afternoon.
