"This is a roundabout in the city of Greeley that was completely and totally unnecessary," Grant said, adding that he was concerned about costs and questioned whether some projects amount to wasteful spending.
The chair thanked Grant for his comment; no other members of the public requested to speak and the meeting was adjourned.
