Elmore County Commission approves Maverick Circle vacation and forms two cooperative districts
The commission voted unanimously March 10 to vacate the remaining portion of Maverick Circle and authorized the chairman to execute resolutions and documents forming the 17th Springs Cooperative District and the Marketplace Cooperative District to manage and sell commercial lots in the 17th Springs development.
