Senate File 37,83 would amend Minnesota’s compounding definition so that adding flavoring agents to a drug does not automatically trigger the compounding classification and associated documentation burdens. Supporters said the current approach has made it difficult for parents to obtain child‑friendly flavors and can delay treatment.
