Commission backs Wayside Drive PD amendment to add parcels, preserve existing entitlements
The commission recommended approval of a major PD amendment adding three parcels to the Wayside assemblage to provide added ingress/egress onto International Parkway; staff said entitlements (unit counts and square footage) will not increase and final traffic and buffer requirements will be resolved at final plan review.

Seminole County staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission on March 4 recommended a PD amendment to incorporate three additional parcels into the previously approved Wayside assemblage PD and to provide an ingress/egress onto International Parkway.
