Charter Review Commission advances several amendments to second reading; votes recorded
On March 4 the commission advanced multiple charter amendment proposals to second reading, including proposals to change the review cycle from five to ten years, require a tax supermajority, embed the 1% levy limit, authorize council removal/direction of appointees, and adjust the redistricting committee process.
