The Public Utilities Commission allowed tariff changes filed by Heart and Soul Paratransit Company (Fort Collins) to take effect by operation of law on March 7, approving modest per-mile and base-charge adjustments after staff concluded the revenue impact to PUC-regulated charter service would be small.
