The Human Resources committee voted to approve a supplemental 2.5% increase for non‑represented city employees, to be disbursed on a bi‑weekly basis and effective April 1. Finance staff reviewed multiple scenarios and cost estimates, including a 3% example that would have cost roughly $274,000 in wages and approximately $463,000 including associated benefit rollups.
