Staff presented proposed code changes to create a streamlined plat amendment (final-plat only) and an administrative plat correction for clerical or minor boundary adjustments. The proposed plat amendment would not create new lots or require public improvements, but would allow internal lot-line changes and more efficient handling of minor corrections to recorded plats.
