Glendale council approves shared salt-storage plan, drainage work and tighter temporary-occupancy rules

The Glendale Common Council approved an intermunicipal MOU to expand shared salt storage with Whitefish Bay and Shorewood and authorized a $166,264.38 change order; it also authorized engineering for a Flint Road drainage fix and adopted an ordinance tightening temporary certificate-of-occupancy rules to require life‑safety systems to be operational before occupancy.
