Aransas County OKs tax rebates under Chapter 381 after developer compliance reports
Aransas County Commissioners approved annual compliance reports for Pearl Point LLC and ProPoint Phase 1 LLC and authorized a $21,028.21 rebate payment under Chapter 381 economic development agreements after company representatives said development milestones and local-hire requirements had been met.

Pearl Point LLC and ProPoint Phase 1 LLC reported to the Aransas County Commissioners on April 13 that they were in compliance with the terms of their Chapter 381 economic development agreements, and the court approved the related tax-rebate payments.
