Council approves rezoning of 1408 Sanheisy Drive to allow duplex development
The council adopted Ordinance 1239 on second and final reading to rezone 1408 Sanheisy Drive from C2 to R2 to allow construction of a two-unit duplex; staff reported a stormwater assessment found existing infrastructure adequate and the ordinance passed on roll call.

At second and final reading the council approved Ordinance 1239 to rezone 1408 Sanheisy Drive (tax map 169K-J9) from C2 (general commercial) to R2 (residential duplex). Planning staff said the applicant, Alan Jones, proposes two duplex units of approximately 1,200 square feet per unit and that the Planning Commission recommended approval.
