The board approved the annexation (petition 25‑02) and the zoning map amendment (ZA2503) after staff and the applicant described plans that the developer said are intended as a conservation subdivision with at least 30% dedicated open space. A subsequent preliminary‑planning review and technical review committee (TRC) processes will require wetlands delineation, access plans and utility‑capacity confirmation before subdivision plats are approved.
