Steve Moore, superintendent of Lafayette Water Works, told the board that the utility will carry out its annual spring fire-hydrant flushing beginning Sunday, April 5, working from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for roughly two weeks to flush hydrants across the system.
