County honors local hero, hears nonprofit reports and funds community programs
The board recognized Colin Barkley for a life‑saving act and heard reports from the Marshall County Museum, Boys & Girls Clubs, CASA and Council on Aging. Commissioners approved a pinwheel garden for Child Abuse Awareness Month and supported community cleanup and nonprofit requests.
