The auditor presented maintenance-contract advertising of $18,000 and the board approved advertisement. A $6,500 owner-representative fee for a correctional facility was also approved for advertisement.
Most items were advanced as advertisements to meet statutory notice requirements; several appropriation requests were approved in the meeting and will proceed according to departmental procedures.
