Hamilton County RDC approves $100,000 grant to utility district to help homeowners with potential sewer testing; budget approved subject to amendment
The Hamilton County Redevelopment Commission on March 17 approved Resolution RC-317-26-01 to grant $100,000 in excess TIF funds to the Hamilton County Regional Utility District to help offset possible state-required sewer testing for nearby homeowners and approved the 2026 annual budget subject to an amendment to account for the grant.

The Hamilton County Redevelopment Commission on March 17, 2026 approved Resolution RC-317-26-01 to grant $100,000 of excess tax-increment financing (TIF) funds to the Hamilton County Regional Utility District (HCRUD) to help offset potential state-required sewer-system testing costs for homeowners near a HCRUD sewer line in Jackson Township.
