Family Adventures Day set for April 11 at Montello High School

Staff described Family Adventures Day, a free, family-focused resource fair scheduled for April 11 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Montello High School. The event typically draws several hundred attendees and features about 22–30 booths this year (schools, county departments, EMS, banks and nonprofit partners), free food and family activities such as face painting, balloon animals and a small train ride provided by the Farm Bureau. Several community partners (sheriff’s office, EMS, local banks and nonprofits) will staff booths to provide education and resources.
