Council approves participation with ODOT for Kemper Road/Northland Boulevard realignment and shared-use path
Springdale City Council adopted Ordinance 17-2026 to participate with the Ohio Department of Transportation on a realignment of Kemper Road and Northland Boulevard and construction of a shared-use path; the city agreed to a 20% local match for construction costs and to assume specified design, right-of-way and ADA curb-ramp responsibilities. The ordinance passed 7-0.
