Commissioners voted 3-0 to approve the resolution and the supporting documentation and agreed to sign the documents later.
The resolution empowers Jim Miller (on behalf of the commissioners) and Kimberly T. Garden, identified in the materials as transportation director/CFO for the Council on Aging, to execute and file the application with INDOT and provide additional information as requested.
