Zoning Administrator Marissa Pfile presented a short-form plat May 5 for replatting approximately 5 acres from a 152‑acre parcel owned by Twila Fickel in the southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 11N, Range 2E. The Seward County Planning Commission considered the replat on April 20 and recommended approval by a 6–0 vote with three members absent.
