Planning commission approves $112,492.80 open-space fee for Metro Development project

Carter noted the Park Board had approved the fee on April 2, 2025.
Planning Commission member Sherry Orlando moved to approve the fee; Planning Commission member Rick Wilkins seconded the motion. The commission voted unanimously to approve; Service Safety Director Carrie Woody carried the motion.
