Mr. Sollie, a committee member, introduced City Planner Chasilyn Carter, who explained a zoning change request submitted by Arbor Homes for a proposed single-family home development on Rainbow Drive just north of State Route 188. Carter summarized the proposal and indicated it is proceeding through the standard zoning-change process.
