Pelton Builders proposed a two‑phase project at 1911 Janesville Avenue with up to 112 units; a separate downtown concept at 311 South Main (Browns Court) would create compact, mixed‑use units. Commissioners offered feedback on traffic, access, materials, ADA footprints and bicycle storage; both concepts will require additional zoning or approvals.

Two separate concept plans for multifamily housing were presented to the Fort Atkinson Plan Commission on May 12, and commissioners used the session to offer early feedback before formal applications are filed.
