Planning commission approves three development plans and final plat; votes at a glance

For Project Home, staff and the applicant (Allison Corolla of T Square Engineering) said the development will include an office building, maintenance building, warehouse and fabrication building arranged over four phases; staff noted the project was submitted under prior code and listed required exceptions in the resolution. The mayor noted the developer will contribute $375,000 to the city's tree bank fund as part of the approval.
