Magistrate amends Galloway order; Westshore case pulled from February docket

The clerk then called Case No. 24‑009824, Alachua County v. Leonard Galloway. County staff requested that the magistrate amend the record to reflect the magistrate’s original order in that matter. The magistrate agreed to amend the order; staff indicated this was a penalty‑phase/noncompliance issue and did not rehear the underlying violation.
Those procedural docket items were concluded quickly at the start of the session; the hearing then moved to a reduction hearing in Case No. CEB 1816 (Jeffrey Wagner).
