Magistrate amends Galloway order; Westshore case pulled from February docket
The magistrate agreed to amend an earlier order in the Leonard Galloway case and the county withdrew the Westshore Legacy LLC case from the February docket; these were procedural actions taken at the start of the Alachua County Special Magistrate hearing.

At the opening of the February 2025 Alachua County Code Enforcement Special Magistrate hearing, Clerk Jackie called several cases and the county announced it had pulled Case No. 24‑012744, Alachua County v. Westshore Legacy LLC, so that matter was not heard.
