Halifax supervisors back three VDOT SmartScale projects and adopt six-year secondary-roads plan
The board adopted a resolution supporting three VDOT SmartScale applications — Route 58/751 turn lanes, Sinai Road pedestrian project, and US-501/Greens Folly Road intersection improvements — and approved the VDOT six-year plan for FY2027–2032 after correcting a mileage error for Adams Trail.
