Referendum projects on track for summer work; board hears detailed phase‑by‑phase update

District facilities staff and contractors presented a multi‑hour update on referendum projects funded by the 2024 referendum. Presenters said phase‑1 work (masonry tuckpointing, exterior doors, windows) and many phase‑2 tasks (restroom renovations, ADA upgrades, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, playground and roofing work) are scheduled to progress this summer with extensive site logistics and packing/wrapping plans to minimize disruption when classrooms are occupied.
