Staff presented SPUD-1814, a SPUD application for two fourplexes at 2020 Southwest 10th Street in a Stockyards subdistrict, and recommended the commission send a positive recommendation to the planning commission. The project initially faced parking-layout challenges that would have required excessive paving and front-yard parking; staff and the applicant revised unit plans and site layout so that parking is not placed in the front yard and the buildings present a stronger street presence.
