Athens EDC hears development updates; Data Factory project remains on hold
Development Services Director Alan Anderson reported that Casey’s has cleared its site, Ornelas Event Center plans were approved and the Data Factory project is on hold while the City Council and planning staff finalize definitions and ordinances; staff also updated the board on the cancelled Prengler contract and the executed Athens Hotel Group agreement.
