At their Sept. 3, 2025 meeting, the McDonald County Commission reviewed utility permits submitted by Rally Networks and issued Permit Number 2025-MCD-006, the minutes state. The permit authorizes Rally Networks to begin proposed work on Sept. 8, 2025, with an expected completion date of Dec. 31, 2026, and notes that the work will affect several county roads.
