Memorial Park expansion clears county review, awaits State Highway approval before RFP
Staff said the Memorial Park expansion cleared county forest conservation and landscaping review; Arrow resubmitted revised site plans to State Highway Administration after addressing hydrology and sidewalk stormwater routing. SHA has 30 days to review; if approved, staff will convey easements, seek planning commission sign-off and release an RFP with a target to award contract and break ground later this spring.

Lena, a parks staff member, told the Tonnie Town Athletic Association and the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board that the Memorial Park expansion has received county-level approval for the forest conservation plan and landscaping and that revised site plans have been resubmitted to the State Highway Administration (SHA).
