Confirmations Committee advances three nominees to the Senate floor
The Alabama Senate Confirmations Committee voted to recommend Judge Carol Smitherman, Josh Bryant, and Dylan Turk for confirmation and will send their nominations to the Senate floor; votes were 9–0 with one abstention on the first en masse action and 10–0 on the subsequent two nominees.
