Sullivan County raises assessment-export fee from $0.05/parcel to $600 per export
The county commissioners unanimously approved raising the Assessment Exporting Fee to a flat $600 per export, replacing the previous $0.05-per-parcel rate (historically about $450 per export); commissioners said the fee had not been increased for at least 17 years.
