Commissioners approve several plats and replats across Burnet County

Development Services Director Herb Darling presented each item. Motions that passed 5-0 included approval of a replat to create lot 10A at Kings Cove Estates (item #10), the final plat for Headwaters at the San Gabriel, Phase 2 (26 lots on 28.56 acres) (item #12), a replat to create Lots 1‑A, 73‑A and 74‑A in Clearwater Landing at LBJ to cure encroachments (item #13), and a replat to combine lots into lot 13A in the Colina Cove Subdivision (item #14).
The approvals were procedural and technical in nature, described as conforming plats and metes-and-bounds clarifications; court minutes record unanimous votes for each motion. One separate replat request for Council Creek South (lots 167–169) was presented but drew no action from the court.
Court actions will be reflected in county plat records and are intended to clarify lot boundaries and resolve existing encroachments for the affected subdivisions.
