DeWitt County Commissioners approved two administrative agreements on Feb. 23 to enable electronic payment processing and court e-filing conveniences.
The court approved an agreement with Paymentech LLC for payment processing services in connection with Tyler Technologies software and authorized the county judge to execute the agreement. The court also approved an agreement with Tyler Technologies to allow eFile & Serve software and to authorize Chase to transfer eFile transactions into designated county bank accounts. Both motions carried 5-0.
Minutes record the approvals and delegation to the county judge to sign. The minutes do not include the detailed fee schedules, start dates or technical implementation timelines; those are typically contained in the executed contracts and vendor exhibits.
