Representatives from Parkhill and DLR Group presented an update on the Ector County Courthouse Project and exterior facade concept options at the March 31 meeting. Claire Tulloch of Parkhill delivered a project update; Apryl Pottorff and Todd Orr of DLR Group presented concept facades. Court members discussed preferences and gave design feedback to the design-build team.
