Hamilton Community Center reports service levels and construction progress

Lucy Lee told the court the Community Center delivers meals five days a week to about 85 homebound or elderly residents, operates with 25 volunteer drivers, and that final engineering for a new ~7,000 sq. ft. center is nearing completion with a city meeting expected in early–mid May.
