The Kettering Planning Commission unanimously approved two lot replats May 18: a subdivision at 1330 Big Hill Road (case 26-009) and a lot consolidation at 425 Ivy Crest Terrace (case 26-00011). City planning staff recommended approval of both applications with no conditions.
