Grant County commissioners approve elevator repairs, RFP for replacement and multiple facility contracts

Grant County commissioners approved immediate repairs to the courthouse elevator and moved forward on a request for proposals to replace the unit, while also voting to award several facility and records contracts.

The board approved a TKE repair work order for $41,976.88 to replace brake components and directed staff to revise payment language so final payment is due on completion rather than commencement.
