The chair moved to approve a mall developer agreement and a motion to approve was seconded; the chair then called the roll, and Alderson Juzwicki, Alderson Bailey, Alderson Kastner, Alderson Akers and Alderperson Sarian were each recorded as voting "Aye." The roll-call responses as read by the chair indicate the motion was approved.
