At the Fillmore County Planning Commission meeting on May 18, 2026, Planning and Zoning Administrator Shaundee Graham provided several administrative updates for the commission’s consideration.
Graham said a garage addition had been approved by the Village of Shickley and that she plans to attend upcoming zoning and land-use workshops. She also clarified county zoning: storage containers are not permitted in Fillmore County residential zoning districts, according to the minutes.
Graham told the Commission that a possible subdivision vacation request may be submitted for consideration once the required paperwork has been received. No votes or formal actions on subdivision matters were taken at the meeting; staff indicated the item will appear on a future agenda when materials are complete.
The meeting otherwise approved the agenda and prior minutes and adjourned at 9:20 p.m.
