Kittitas County commissioners approved Change Order No. 7 for the Rodeo Grandstands project during a study session on April 27, Event Center Director Kady Porterfield said. Porterfield presented a staff report and requested the Vice-Chairman sign the change order in the chairman's absence; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz moved to approve and Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith seconded. The motion passed, recorded in the minutes as "Motion passes."
