County staff told commissioners they received a 12‑week plan from the DLC outlining steps to move the jail project into phase 1 and subsequent phases. "They laid out a 12 week plan if we wanna move forward once we get the numbers back from them," S5 said, adding staff will return to the board with cost estimates before initiating recruitment for the first phase.
