Audubon County approves East Side Drive project plans and utility permit for Windstream
The county approved full plans and bid documents for the East Side Drive project and granted a Windstream utility permit for S30/31 (210th St), T80N, R35W (Leroy). Engineer Mitch Rydl requested a future rock budget amendment.

County Engineer Mitch Rydl presented the full set of plans for the East Side Drive project at the April 28 meeting. The Board of Supervisors voted to approve the project plans and the associated bid documents (motion by Hansen, second by Mosinski; vote: all in favor).
