Commissioners approve several short-term road-use agreements, table multiple Repsol items

Leon County Commissioners on Feb. 9 approved multiple short-term road‑use and pipeline agreements and tabled several others tied to solar‑project work.
Commissioner Paul Bing moved, and Commissioner Joey Sullivan seconded approval of two six‑month agreements with Pinnacle covering a series of County Roads in Precinct 2 (CR 213, 223, 2160, Reeder Hill Road; and CR 221, 222, 223, 224, 257, 258, 212, 268 and 263). Both motions carried.
On a separate proposal involving Spectrum for CR 204 in Precinct 1, the court moved to take no action (motion by Commissioner Sullivan, seconded by Commissioner Bing), and that motion carried.
A set of items related to Repsol Solar in Precinct 4 — road‑use agreements for CR 468 and CR 469 and items regarding potential widening and roadway improvements on those roads — were each moved by Commissioner T.J. Foley and seconded by Commissioner Kyle Workman and were tabled by the court. A purchase/lease agreement with Hilltop Lake POA for a tower site (Lot 30, Block 2 Section 50B) was also tabled on motion by Foley and seconded by Workman.
The minutes do not include engineering reports, bond or security requirements, or specific operating terms for the approved Pinnacle six‑month agreements; those procurement and permitting details were not specified and are therefore not included here.
